About the founder

I have lived the story most advisors only study.

For two decades, I built a SaaS company from the founder’s chair—making payroll, winning customers, developing a team, protecting culture, and learning that sustainable growth is rarely the result of one dramatic move. It is the accumulation of hundreds of disciplined decisions.

I then led HIRECLICK through the deeply personal decision to sell, the rigor of a competitive M&A process, and a successful strategic exit to a publicly traded Human Capital Management solutions company. But my perspective did not stop at closing. I joined the acquiring company, assumed responsibility for a key division P&L, and experienced firsthand what happens after the announcement: integration, expanded distribution, new expectations, and the work required to deliver on the strategic promise of a transaction.

That complete journey shapes my approach. I understand what a founder is trying to protect, what a buyer needs to believe, and what an operator must deliver after the deal is signed. I help clients see all three perspectives early—when there is still time to strengthen the business, improve the story, and make better choices.

The FounderI built, scaled, and led through the uncertainty of ownership.
The SellerI prepared, negotiated, and navigated a successful strategic transaction.
The OperatorI led inside the acquirer and learned what creates value after close.
One advisor. Three critical perspectives.
